That's why we call our Sales Representatives "Customer Development Specialists." Our sales teams become part of the businesses of our customers, consulting with them about everything from menu creations and enhancements to food safety training for the front and back of the house. Our customers have come to trust the relationship—the partnership—and know that we are right beside them, working toward their success. We develop more than a business relationship with our customers; it's personal. What does it take to be Customer Development Specialist? Get paid to work out! If you enjoy being physically active at work, you should think about our Warehouse positions! Most of our new Warehouse employees at NW Deli Distribution start their career in an "entry-level" position. Our high-energy Warehouse teams are a major part of delivering excellent results to our customers. Their accuracy in product selection, labeling, and packing are vital to proving that we believe the "Customer is King." You'll need a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and a physical abilities test. You must also have the ability to withstand temperatures from -20°F to 100°F, perform repetitive bending, lifting, and moving up to 100 lbs. Also, you should be able to be available for a variety of shifts and schedules depending on the need of the facility where you apply. Customer Service on Wheels Delivering more than just food, our drivers are a critical part of our customer relationships. There is a sense of pride driving one of the most recognizable trucks in the industry. When a customer sees a driver pull in, they know that NW Deli Distribution has kept its commitment to quality and service. Our delivery drivers are actually called Sales and Service Specialists because the relationships they develop are vital, and they are often the face of Northwest Deli Distribution to customers.
